"We really enjoyed our stay on a quick stopover in America on our way home to Australia. We were recommended Mineral Wells as a destination and happy to find Magpie Inn. Super comfortable bed in a lovely, spacious and cheerful room with an ensuite. Spotlessly clean room and everything was comfortable and immaculate. It was easy to walk downtown to restaurants and cafes. Very generous and friendly hosts. Lots of extras - crazy water, snacks and chocolates."

"My daughter and I were looking for a "girls weekend" away from the hubbub of the DFW area. Based on the many positive reviews and accolades we chose the Magpie Inn for our first B&B experience. We couldn't have made a better choice. Our hosts, Magen and Jeremy were absolutely fabulous. They displayed such a welcoming spirit and an ongoing attention to ensure a stellar experience. Our breakfast which we were able to enjoy outside for both days of our visit, was freshly prepared and so delicious, hats off to our chef, Magen! We had the most awesome experience. We have already started planning our next visit. "

"I absolutely love to stay in B&Bs when possible and the Magpie Inn has been my favorite by far. The hosts were amazing prior to us arriving, helping us setup our appointments for the local bathhouse and recommending fun activities for my teenage daughter and I to do. When you walk through the front door you instantly feel at home, we were welcomed by both Magen and Jeremy. Our room was perfect, there was a delicious snack plate in the fridge with fresh cut fruit, cheese and nuts. And my favorite part, breakfast. We chose to sit at the dining room table off the kitchen to enjoy the amazing food but you can enjoy breakfast in your room or on the large balcony overlooking the quaint neighborhood. I highly recommend Magpie Inn for your next stay in Mineral Wells weather it be a fun girls weekend or romantic stay with your spouse. I can't want to take my husband and enjoy the romantic side of the B&B. "

"We LOVED our stay at the Magpie Inn. Audrey and I spent three nights here, and felt so comfortable and taken care of. The space is beautiful and full of sweet details - the perfect balance of home and luxury. We loved sipping hot chocolate on the second floor porch and getting into deep conversations amongst the leaves and the birds. The breakfasts were delicious, and such a treat to have a special meal that was different each morning - it’s a few days later now and I am so craving the bananas foster Dutch baby pancake! Magen and Jeremy were delightful to get to know and very knowledgeable about the area - they were also very accommodating with our unique luggage, and timing for arrivals and departures. Mineral Wells is a very charming town and perfect for a few days to get away. I wish I could go back in time and relive our visit again right now. We definitely hope to go back, and we would absolutely stay at the Magpie Inn on our next visit."
