Growing up Magen was affectionately called “Magpie” by her Nana who has lived in Mineral Wells for fifty years (hence our name).
Jeremy and Magen have been married 14 years, half of which have been shared in the hospitality business. Magen serves on the board for the Texas Bed and Breakfast Association as the VP of Conventions, planning the annual Conference and Tradeshow for Innkeepers all over Texas. What sets us apart is Magen’s culinary background, a trained Chef sourcing local and creating both beautiful and delish dishes. It’s no secret when reading our reviews, breakfast is a must! Jeremy is your go-to for all things Mineral Wells, excellent recommendations, precise directions (he can even draw you a map.) Together we pride ourselves on being up to date with industry trends and guest experience-driven.

As the only mineral water bottled in Texas, our water boasts loads of benefits! Magpie is stocked with Crazy Water and rumor has it many of Magpie breakfasts are dubbed “crazy” as Magen even cooks with Crazy Water!
Partnering with Let’s Grow Crazy gives us access to organic farm fresh eggs and produce. Chef Magen harvests right from her community garden bringing you the freshest ingredients possible. Breakfast has never been better!
While we are talking about breakfast let us talk about the next most important thing, Coffee! You Maka Me HOT Coffee roasts their beans right here in Mineral Wells. We love offering fresh, delicious coffee grind especially for you each morning!
We have partnered with The Flower Shop at 76067 to bring you fresh flowers both in your rooms, and around the Inn. There is just something so sweet about being welcomed with fresh cut flowers! We can also help you celebrate your special occasion by adding on a beautiful flower arrangement to your stay.
Bryton Co. does the most incredible digital design and printing. We can credit several of our souvenirs that you will find in our gift shop to her small business!
